This is very exciting indeed. I was impressed by the website and by the experiences and keen interest in community service of the two founders. With HHs experience in Values Based Leadership and campus catalyst's interest in community development, this partnership opens tremendous doors for "packaging" the VBL training and attracting public interest.
Congrats to HH & Campus Catalyst.
Peace,
Jim

Someone sent me an e-mail asking about the blue tape on my legs-->it is "kinesiotape". Athletes use it over sore muscles, shins, etc. I used it to run the marathon and actually found it helpful. Seems as though my shins were not as sore. Of course, one fellow marathoner (there were over 8,000 running the marathon) asked if it helped and I responded affirmatively but that everywhere else on my body not covered with kinesiotape was sore....:-) She told me I should have wrapped myself up like a mummy........:-)
Peace,
Jim

This is an excellent article and timely too. There is & has been a lot of hype (and even conspiracy theories) lately about the utility/safety of vaccinations especially as relates to the H1N1 vaccine. This article serves as an excellent reminder of the impact immunizations have had globally in disease prevention and certainly makes me appreciate their place as one of the key public health accomplishments of the modern age.
Thanks for posting this link.
Peace,
Jim

This is such a tremendous overview of HH by Dr. Epstein. It really should be required reading of anyone interested in HH, whether neophyte or veteran member. These types of reviews can go a long way toward securing grant funding and other support for HH. Thanks for posting this.
Peace,
Jim
